What a Bicycle Service Includes

Every service begins with a mechanical inspection so we can assess the bicycle's condition and identify what needs attention. This helps separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and keeps the scope clear before work starts.

Common service requests include brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain servicing, puncture and tyre repair, and a standard tune-up. We also carry out a post-service function check to confirm the bicycle operates as expected after the work is completed.

Inspection first, then clear approval before any extra work.

Our general bicycle servicing focuses on reliable maintenance, practical repairs, and clear communication from intake to collection.

If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately after inspection and compatibility review. We do not confirm exact parts or completion timing until the bicycle has been checked and supplier availability is known.

The workshop supports everyday cyclists, families with bicycles, and leisure riders who need practical servicing during the week or on Saturday. Booking is available by phone, email, contact form, or workshop drop-in, with extended hours for added convenience.
