Here are quick answers about booking, inspection, turnaround, and service details.

Yes. We offer walk-in puncture assessment, and we can also take service inquiries by phone, email, contact form, or workshop drop-in.

We complete an inspection first, then confirm the scope and quote before additional work begins. Replacement parts are quoted separately.

Standard service turnaround is usually 2 to 4 business days after intake and approval, depending on the bicycle condition and parts availability.

We provide a post-service function check before collection, but we do not promise a bicycle will be completely failure-proof in every condition.

We are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:30 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Sunday is closed.
